I'm Sandene Chetwynd, a certified leadership coach, trainer, facilitator, speaker and the face behind Intentional Co.
I'm here to empower you or your workforce to discover, practice and master the vital skills and behaviours that will translate into greater self-awareness, better relationships and a happier life and more successful career.
I have been passionate about education, particularly in the workplace, forever. I love learning and am deeply curious about human beings and how they experience working life.
When I coupled my long held desire to grow, and watch others grow, with formal coaching training, everything changed for me.
I started to see people becoming more accountable for their own development and careers, individuals harnessing intrinsic motivations not sitting around waiting for others to motivate them and… I saw real behaviour change.
My ability to combine organisational theory, proven tools and frameworks with a coaching approach, that holds individuals accountable for their own learning, has proven to be a rewarding experience for participants. I share a lot of myself and create an environment, whether 1:1 or in a large group, that is both energising and safe.
Participants can immediately apply the learnings as I am deeply listening in coaching and training sessions to understand who they are and what they need from the experience.
So after more than 20 years’ leading teams, partnering with executives and organisational development leaders and consulting to both public and private organisations I am so happy to have found my professional purpose - helping individuals and teams have more enjoyable working lives.
