Hi, I'm Sandene Chetwynd, a certified coach, trainer, facilitator and speaker and the face behind Intentional Co.
In 2015, I left the corporate world after a successful 20-year career of leading large teams and partnering with stakeholders to solve complex workplace problems.
Why? Because I wanted to share my experience and insights to help more people, teams and organisations change for the better, giving people the support and confidence to be the best they can be.
Since then, I've supported hundreds of big-name corporate and government clients, boards, leadership teams, small businesses and individuals all over Australia in unlocking their potential to achieve their professional and personal goals.
