You're here because you understand that the only way to excel as a manager is to excel as a coach. You know that these days, leaders must inspire and not dictate, skilfully balancing their role in imparting knowledge and encouraging others to discover things for themselves.

As an experienced, accredited leadership coach and trainer, I'm here to teach you or your leaders when to coach and how to do it successfully. By implementing your learning, you'll empower others to achieve their potential, create stronger teams and better outcomes and advance your organisational mission.

How it works

I can deliver your customised program via private or group coaching or training. My supportive, inspiring and interactive programs draw on the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) code of ethics and contemporary teachings from the best of the coaching world, including Marshall Goldsmith, Tony Robbins, Ken Blanchard and Max Landsberg.
